Former Director of Salaries:Emmanuel lebou


The Former Director of Salaries In Cameroon has been condemned to jail for 104-years.

 Mr Emmanuel Lebou who served as the Former Director of Salaries in the Ministry of Finance in Cameroon has been condemned to 104 years in jail. 

Sources say, he was jailed by the Special Criminal Court in Yaounde, after being found guilty, for creating 2601 fake salary accounts, worth 1.8 billion FCFA per month.

 The fake accounts ran for a period of 10 years, a source hinted.

    This is so pathetic, while others are working for year's with no salaries, Some are creating fake accounts and putting money inside.
